1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use apply to all iOS applications listed on rickwinapps.com ("we", "our"; each an "App"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

2. Description of Service

Our Apps are personal productivity and wellness tools that run locally on your device. Where offered, data synchronization happens through your personal iCloud account. Features vary by App and may change over time.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Apps
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Remove proprietary notices from the Apps

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your device and iCloud account, keeping backups of data that matters to you, and using the Apps in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

5. Privacy

Our Apps do not collect personal information. Your content stays on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases, including auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Our Apps are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Apps.

9. App Store Terms

Your use of the Apps is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and conditions. Where those terms conflict with these regarding App Store matters, Apple's terms prevail.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update the Apps to add features, fix bugs, or maintain compatibility. We may also revise these Terms; changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.

11. Termination

You may stop using an App at any time by deleting it. Your license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms. Data you created remains on your device and in your iCloud account until you delete it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
