This Privacy Policy applies to all iOS applications listed on rickwinapps.com ("we", "our", "our apps"). We build privacy-first apps: your data stays on your device, and we do not collect any personal information.

Information We Do Not Collect

Our apps do not require accounts or registration. We do not collect, store, or sell:

• Names, email addresses, or contact details
• Location data
• The content you create in our apps (tasks, logs, notes, settings, session history)
• Advertising identifiers or tracking data

Where Your Data Lives

Everything you create in our apps is stored locally on your device. If an app offers iCloud sync, your data syncs through your personal iCloud account using Apple's infrastructure and encryption. We do not operate servers that store your content, and we cannot access it.

Crash and Diagnostics Data

To keep our apps stable, we may receive anonymous technical diagnostics — such as iOS version, device model, app version, and error logs — through Apple's built-in reporting or a crash-reporting service (e.g. Sentry). This data never includes personal information or the content you create in the app.

Third-Party Services

Our apps rely only on the following categories of third parties:

• Apple — App Store distribution, in-app purchases, iCloud sync, and push notifications, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
• Crash reporting (e.g. Sentry) — anonymous technical error reports only

Purchases

All purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details.

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your Choices

• Delete any content you created directly in the app
• Disable iCloud sync in your device settings
• Turn off notifications in your device settings
• Delete the app at any time, which removes its local data

If our privacy practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
